We believe payment is a very important part of our website - in fact, it is the most important part, bar none!
The security of your credit/debit card is absolutely paramount, so much so, that by our choice, we never ever get access to, or knowledge of, your financial details.
As you can see by the Logos above, we currently offer payment by Klarna & PayPal. For those of you who do not know about either - click on the logos above to go the websites to see how they works - please note, our shopping cart will guide you through the payment process if you are doing this for the first, or the umpteenth time.
Klarna is a new secure payment gateway that offers you more flexibility in the way you pay
PayPal has quickly become a global leader in online payment solutions with more than 230 million accounts worldwide. Available in 190 markets and 17 currencies around the world. PayPal enables global ecommerce by making receipts and payments possible across different locations, currencies and languages.
Once you are on the 'payment page' of the shopping cart, follow the instructions and you will be taken away from this web site and onto the Payment website - you complete the full financial transaction on their very secure banking website - once the transaction is complete, the web site you have chosen (Klarna/PayPal) will deduct their handling fees plus their commission and transfer the balance to our bank account; at the same time they will send us an email instructing us to pack and post the products to you, which we will then do, ASAP. You will not be charged any money at all for using either payment method - all fees etc are paid by the merchant, not the customer. At no time will we ever get access to, or knowledge of, your credit / debit card details - the only information we get of yours, is name, address etc - which of course, we need to be able to send the products you have bought. Your bank / debit / credit / card statement will show the service you have used.
You do not have to have a PayPal account to send money through PayPal. Click on the PayPal link above, (ensure you are on the PayPal 'home' page) click on the "send money" tab and follow instructions. They will ask you for an email address to send the money to - that's us at - email@example.com If you get stuck or not sure what to do - send an email to the same email address firstname.lastname@example.org giving us your name and telephone number and the time and date you'd like us to ring and we'll ring you, at our expense and help you with PayPal and/or any other questions you may have ? (That's in the UK ☺ - if you live outside the UK, we'll answer by email)
When using PayPal to purchase, you are automatically insured for up to £500 per transaction, by PayPal.
Yes you're right, we do end up with your name and address etc on our database - may we take this opportunity to assure you that your details will always remain confidential to us and we will never ever share those details with any other company. We comply fully with Data Protection rules, guidelines and advice. We will perhaps, on occasion, use your details to contact you, to advise of new products, services or campaigns from our company. However, we practice 'permission' marketing and will respect your wishes. Please let us know if you do not wish to be contacted, as we hate spam and junk mail as well!
