The high altitude, soil and climate of the Darjeeling plantations, at 6-7,000 feet, are the conditions that create the unique taste of this tea. Darjeeling is often referred to as the 'Champagne of Teas'.

Ingredients: Tea
HOW TO SERVE: Select the correct size of teapot (10oz for one person, 20oz for two) and add one tea bag per person. Add freshly drawn boiling water and leave standing for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir gently and serve. Darjeeling is best served black or with a touch of milk.
