Ingredients: Tea
HOW TO SERVE: Select the correct size of teapot (10oz for one person, 20oz for two) and add one tea bag per person. Add freshly drawn boiling water and leave standing for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir gently and serve. Assam is best served with a touch of milk.
